Dionisio Vasco, a unique Men’s Tailored Clothing brand is creating a buzz in the Fashion Community. Designer, Diana Vasquez, an FIT attendee started the company 3 years ago after discovering her long time passion for menswear. Thus, creating a collection that specializes in innovative designs, paired with Italian tailoring for the modern man who wants that refined look. “I dress men the way women want to see them, masculine yet polished. I love the good boy, bad boy looks; so I decided to fuse the two.”
What really seems to set Dionisio Vasco apart from other designers are the DV design elements on the garments: slanted button holes, contrast stitching and unique hidden details. By not focusing too much on the competition and concentrating on her own concepts and creativity, Diana feels confident in her designs. Diana sees DV in the market place alongside all the other fabulous designers of her time; she wants to paint men’s fashion with beautiful colors in wool, cashmere and silk…. “A Rainbow of Menswear”.
Just finishing up their annual charity event with Ronald McDonald House, you can find the unique DV Fashions this Fall on “Hot Chocolate Soul” worn by host June Archer. DV is also working on their Fall 2011 Collection which will consist of unexpected prints and great contrasting colors on outerwear; be on the lookout for their Fashion Show in February Fashion Week.
Dionisio Vasco is currently selling from their showroom location; checkout their website www.dionisiovasco.com . DV plans to sell in all specialty boutiques nationwide and major retailers such as Barney’s, Saks and Neiman Marcus. In the next 5 years they would love to have their first flagship store in NYC and that would just be the beginning of this Men’s Fashion House on the Rise!
